GOAL

Produce a fundraiser/holiday party to benefit the HOPE Hospitality and Warming Center in Pontiac, MI.

RESULT

Over $1,000 raised for HOPE at an event at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac that included a silent auction of one of a kind music, automotive, and sports memorabilia, as well as unique acoustic entertainment, holiday vendors for last-minute shopping, and more on December 19th, 2008.

TACTICS

On the Rocks Detroit created and produced all aspects of this event, including securing silent auction items from Kid Rock, Ford, the Detroit Tigers & Detroit Pistons, and more. Talent included a variety of lead singers from some of Detroit's top bands performing originals and holiday classics in a unique, round-robin acoustic format. OTRD also created press releases & invites, secured holiday vendors and radio sponsorship, and managed the event on-site.
